The yellow glow, although soft, is a little overpowering. Perhaps editing the model to have a more 'natural' skin colour.

The angle is great, but for me, the facial expression does not match the soft, sensual feel from the candles. I think her head should also be raised a bit, to give her a more 'open' look - the look that the nakedness brings.

I think her body may be lit up too much. I've found that positioning the candles so they create odd shaped shadows can sometimes have a good effect.

Aside from your subject being pretty attractive, I think the shot is well composed. I Agree with the above poster, the positioning of the candles would really add a specific creative element to it.
