Great shot! I Was just about to post a shot I got of a juvenile RTH that I took about an hour ago. (quite a bit farther away than yours I'm afraid) After seeing this shot I think I'll wait a bit :lol:

thanks for the nice comments! Go ahead and post your shots, I just got lucky and saw this crow harassing the RT and he landed in a tree, very large tree, he must of been at least 35-40 high. I quickly parked and grabbed my 40D which had the 300mm + 1.4 teleconverter on it and shot off about 15 shots before realizing I had the wrong settings! Luckily the RT cooperated and sat there long enough for me to correct the settings and I did get some good ones of him, some bad too, but I am happy with these two, not too many branches, etc in the way.

Those are truly excellent. What makes them, more than anything else, is the eyes. They're perfectly in focus, with a nice catchlight. Good job!
