Ian, I picked the above quote up from earlier in this thread. Can you still arrange pickup for cash in Wakefield.
I have a non internet using friend who is after a 85mm 1.2L Mk I or possibly Mk II. Being able to pick it up locally might mean I can persuade him to buy it via you at a good saving.

Excellent service from Ian (and his sister) again - ordered directly from him a 70-300 and 24-105 (for friend) just over a week ago - sent cheque (great prices!) to Scotland - Postman with Special Delivery package at the door this morning........

well after reading this post im very impressed !! have had a few quotes from ian for various lenses.

do you guys all deal with him directly or through his ebay shop.

it will be my first time buying from him, its taken me a while to save up for the lenses and i was just a bit dubious about depositing such large amounts of cash straight to his bank account!

(in no way am i saying he is dodgy) , its just the first time i have dealt with anything like this.

If you deal with him direct through here (e.g. pm him), then you'll usually get slightly cheaper prices than if you order via eBay as Iain does then not have to worry about PayPal charges.
