Red Wing Black Bird (with yellow in its wing)

Never realized how colorful these guys(I think it is a red wing BB but not sure due to the yellow) were...anyway these are straight out of the camera except for cropping...Comments and Criticism MUCH appreciated and any advice for Post Processing would be greatly appreciated.

yep - it's a red-wing alright! I've seen several this year with really fantastic markings - makes me wonder if they are first year males, switching to their adult plumage.

Yep, that's the red winged blackbird, all right (All About Birds (external link): "Male: Black all over; no iridescence. Red on bend of wing, with a lower border of yellow (some subspecies lack yellow)."

Really nice shots. Can't wait till ours return. This is probably a male just going into his second spring. First year birds have a lot of speckles.
