killwilly Senior Member More info | I recently bought a Zeiss 50 f2.8 M42 lens off eBay for very little money and despite the description of the lens by the vendor as being excellent, when it arrived it became very clear that the description was false. Whilst the optics were nice and clear, the aperture blades were sticking quite badly.

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

I've been trying to get hold of one recently but the prices seem to have soared! Damn those 4/3rds users and their adapters!

I have an E-PL1 and I can't imagine adapting anything to it that isn't a rangefinder lens because of the extra size involved in adapting anything else. Those m42/FD/EOS/Nikon/K/OM adapters are HUGE. Fuji X100 / Sony NEX-7 / Contax G 45mm f/2 / The ghosts of 3 Canon bodies past / A meagre amount of talent

I dunno really, them and the NEX users I guess! Prices just seem to have risen so it's got to be by demand... I'll pick one up eventually!
