Got my new OM Zuiko 50 today - took a short walk to test it out:

First two are at f/1.8, third is at f/4.0. Lens is kinda dusty inside but I'm liking it so far :)

I went to explore a local park the other day. All shot on SMC Takumar 1.8/55 on a 5DII.

mmmm... You ever shoot with that lens in infinity focus on your 5DII? The rear lens protrusion causes my mirror to get stuck shut...

Hmm, I've never had any problems with infinity focus on mine. None whatsoever. I can't think of a reason why, unless it was something to do with your adapter...

SOOC with my Elicar 200mm f/3.5 M42 mount. Camera mounted on my CF tripod and using my laptop as a remote controller with EOSUtility.

Had to pre-focus using Live View on the laptop but I am happy with the results. Camera was inside my door about 15 feet away from that ledge and I was behind the door with the laptop.

Saw it on the list 55mm f1.8 doesn't have issues.

Partly the adapter and partly the mirror clear tolerance of the 5D cameras. Some 5D and 5DMKII mirrors swing just close enough to the back of the lens that it'll hit the rear of the lens when focused at Infinity.

Yup I posted a link on another thread to a website where you can check if a lens clears on the 5D: http://www.panoramaplanet.de/comp/ (external link)
