Got a few new goodies from my step father today that he got from cleaning out his father's attic. Anyone know anything about a Makinon 135mm f/2.5 Macro? It looks like a pretty serious piece of glass, can't find anything about it online though and it's MD mount, so I'm not sure I want to bother trying to adapt it.

I also got a SMC Pentax 50mm f/2 pancake which seems decent and a cheap-o Quantary 35-80mm f/4-5.6 that I'm not going to bother with. I also got some nifty little portable flash stands, a cable release for my X-E1 and some other little goodies :)

On an unrelated note, here's another shot from my Tamron Adaptall 2 70-150/3.5

Such a lovely shot! is that a 35mm based lens or a medium format one?

Still kicking myself for not picking up a Mamiya 50mm 1.4 that I saw for $40.

Its for 645 format. I use it from time to time on my Phase One DF+.

Anxiously awaiting a CY Z 28/2.8 - scheduled to be here Friday.

Helios 44-2 (58mm F2) M42 -> EOS adapter ring.

Took this just to see the swirly bokeh of the Helios:

More swirls:

And some simple shots wide open to test isolation:

Stopped down a bit, for depth of field on this one:

Lastly, a 10 second exposure, stopped down a bit, focus set to infinity, and waited for a bolt:

^That last one's an interesting shot, but I think your focus scale is off a bit

Another from the Tamron
