We're planning on visiting them in another month - I'll have to remember to bring a C/Y adapter with me this time so that I can try it out. I have only used it on the one day out but yes, it does seem a nice, sharp contrasty lens. Certainly more contrast than the Yashica 50's or the Helios lenses I have. It feels nice to use too if that makes sense

When out with the girlfriend &/or kids they struggle to use the manual so there's an obvious split of in focus & out of focus images lol ![]() If you don't have the matte screen for your MkII, you should get it - it makes all of the difference in the world.
