Best bang for your buck is the Rokinon 14mm, but from what I am seeing if you want wide in an older lens, you're likely not going to get much wider than 24mm. Especially without spending too much.

More info | Mar 21, 2015 21:59 | #7374 The Canon FD 20 f/2.8 looks like a really nice performer, too. The price has gone up recently, but it's still reasonable. The caveat, of course, is that you can't use it on an EOS body (unless you have glass in the adapter, which isn't usually a great idea). If you've got a mirrorless, you're good to go.
