superstes,,,your image is way overexposed.. Looking at the histogram the highlights blown out and clipped.. Jen's skin tones aren't reproduced accurately..

So would this be considered more towards a high key shot, I know it's not one, but any pointers on improving this shot for next time would be great.

I've read through the thread to its end but if anyone has more high key information/techniques/tips I'd like to hear/see them. Basically what I've gleaned is that high key photography is something like 90+% done in the camera. High key conditions consisting of soft lighting, light colored backgrounds, clothing, props, etc., with natural skin tones and "some" blacks. I'm limited on equipment, having two speedlights and some shoot-through umbrellas. Background will have to be improvised/DIY. I'm interested mostly in black-and-white high key, FWIW.
