Hello,

Can anybody help me out by making me some terms and conditions for sale of my photo to be used for one year for marketing purposes in flyers, broshures. This is not my first sale but is different in the sense that the company will be using it for a period of one year and hence requires to sign a Terms and condition for its usage.

Can somebody share his experience and give me some document on this.
