The Junco in the foreground is kinda distracting, I would clone that out. I would also run a slightly tighter crop...

Other than that this is a great shot! Nice colors, lighting, and exposure! Good work!

I'd definetly crop the Junco, but he's basically a good shot.

I have never seen a Junco that looks like yours. The only type I see are like the one I posted below. I guess these are the slate-colored and your shot is just a plain Junco?

Yeah I guess you could call it plain, but it is the "Oregon" type. there is also the Pink-sided type over in these parts.

I don't see anything wrong with your image it's fine. Mine also was taken through a double pain sliding glass door.

I am just outside the Eastern range of the Oregon Juncos, but after a big storm, we usually get a few here that got blown in. But ours are not nearly as colorful as yours are. Could the one above be a Pinkie? Or maybe the Eastern Oregons are just getting some genetic drift or inbreeding with others.
