how do you like that 300 BTW? I was thinking about picking one up... It would match well with the 400 2.8 we have in the office...

Easily the most amazing lens I've ever owned. The 1.4x TC is totally transparent and the 2X has hardly any effect on IQ either.

Don't be suprised if some day they announce the 300 was engineered at Area 51. It's damn near otherworldly... ;)

Thanks and Beats Me....

I don't see it as greenish here.  ??? As it crested the Atlantic Ocean it was nearly blood red but it faded to a more subdued pinkish color before it got high enough that the apparent size of the disc had shrunk.
