sterlingtek on 5d with 24105 IS on, how many pictures?

I just bought a sterlingTek 511a, which is 2000mah
I do not see a huge different with the canon original 1390mah, so I wonder when IS is on, how many pictures can u take on 5D?

does 5d takes more batter power than 40d?

when take long exposure pictures(ex.30s) how many pictures roughly can u take?Thanks all
