I'd love to! I'm reading the website....such sad stories for some of the critters. How in the world do they exercise the mountain lion? Gosh....so many things I didn't realize I didn't know anything about, lol!
And goodnight to all the sleepyheads. I'm headed there shortly myself.
The mountain lion is in a long cage that is about 30 ft and 7 feet wide. He likes to "Stalk" us as we walk back and forth, so I will usually start running up and down the cage and he runs after us. We also will give him different large melons (or pumpkins) that he plays soccer with. We also watch the amount of food that he consumes so he stays lean.
Check out this guy!!!! LINKY
Awesome photos.
Thank!
Awww.....
GAH! People suck! That is SO mean. Poor little guy.
ROFLMAO!
WOW!
Thanks, I think.
I've been there once. I really want to go back. I didn't get enough time to play.
Looks like you guys had some fun!
Thanks! He is a cutie!
The babylegs are cute! And, thanks.
I do that a lot. Kissing his little neck makes him giggle too.
ROFLMAO!
G'mae harm.
My mom shoots noink. She's ok.
G'mae fellow spleeners. My baby has a cold. Poor little dude had trouble falling back asleep last night. But, it didn't stop the smiles.
Sorry you east coast folks got dumped on.
Hope Ian gets better soon. and yes mean people s*cks.
TIFF Ian's portraits are extremely well done. His expressions are priceless and the leg warmers add a nice flash of color for me. I didn't notice the toe until it was pointed out, now it is the first thing I focus on. I'm afraid I'd have to clone it out unless it is very obviously his toe in the real file. How did you get him to sit so well? Was dad assisting?
Diane those look fantastic. Nice and sharp and lovely composition.
Crissa your center is outstanding. Your clients are obliviously enjoying the activities you and your staff provide. From your stories the center has made a world of difference for everyone who participates.
The entire interview cracked me up, I did however totally lose it with this simple line.
OooooOOOOooooOOOoooo I like it.
Oh so cute. Did Russel go through DeTox? Had he gotten to the point of being addicted or was he rescued before that point?
Cute but it needs a SPIDER WARNING just say'n. Even antimated our friend the Dragon will not like this., and with the Mouse it is questionable.
I got an loading error on his sige also. The other link showed some nice stuff though.
You did well, Woolyhopper.
G'MAE everyone.
Hi Becky. He was not addicted to the booze so we got lucky.
G'mae all, schools are closed and the snow is coming down sideways, we've got a few inches on the ground so far and it is supposed to fall till at least 6 this evening!
Great monkey stories Heather, sad but true I suppose. Do you think any of Russel's behaviors are worsened by his alcohol exposure?
Nice battle shot there Pete, did you get any more?
:o Awful nice of you to say Becky; we try hard to make sure our clients have a good time above all else as there is no need for them to 'work' all the time. Their purpose is their joy that they share openly and freely with the world should it take the time to notice; a gift for all those who know them.
No, he was the sweetest monkey until he started getting those hormones kicking in), he is also next to one of our most difficult spider monkeys, who has other issues and throws tantrums, so he has picked up some of those behaviors.
Nope.
Not even close. I like this one, Heather.
Aww diddums. LOL! That was very entertaining. I loved the part where it shows all the flies coming around the 'track' far away, and you're looking at them through heat waves. Very well done.
W O W those are amazing. His sunset shots through the waves are .. I'm wordless. wow.
how cool is THAT!!? Thanks Mark.!!! I didn't know it would save quotes. YAY.

Needs a little perspective skewing or straightening, but that is a neat shot. What building is it?
LOL! I was thinking Darth Permie.

Mike, YOU ARE W E I R D. But that made me laugh.

Thanks Cat
Cricket does this all the time. She's a bit smaller though and doesn't stink.

Awwwww that's a great shot!
G'MAE everyone! I survived the night, barely. It was soooo frustrating. It's amazing how the other shifts of people can screw up things so badly. Then it takes us night folk forever to fix it.
Nice pics! all who posted overnight.
To warm to snow here, but it sure is windy and rainy. YUCK!
Thanks Paula.
Permie - feel better
Didier - loving the Paris shots.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMIE
