It's prudish by law only. Go to any college campus and the abundance of underage drinking is epidemic.

The very top of the ECU Dome in Ada, OK. It looks to be a geodesic dome, the top pentagon was raised, but I don't know why.

Famous huh? Spleen needs endorsements.

ECU dome...so it's a university ceiling? To me it looked carpeted in that shot :lol:
