I have no idea why I would want to be so close to the track during a rally car race WHEN THE TRACK IS COVERED BY SNOW.

That person is an idiot... People like that are the reasons why events put a lot of limits on photographers...

This not the main issue, main issue is why this rally even run in this kind
of disorganized enviroment?
