G10 or Lumix LX-3 for La Paz, Bolivia

Looks like I'll living there for the next few months. Was considering picking up a new P&S for the neighborhoods where I'd rather not draw too much attention. Opinions?

I bought my wife a G10, and she loves it. I've found it to be very capable in the little bit I've used it so far. Black case makes it a bit inconspicuous, but I compare that to packing a 1D MkIII and lenses that draw constant attention, so I might not be the best judge.
