The blown out background kills this shot IMO.
Maybe others will comment based on detail their monitors display.

Too much light on the background, needs more light on her face.

I have to disagree, I like the contrast between the background and the subject, it keeps my eyes focused on her. Just goes to show that everybody likes something different!

I would also have to disagree. I like it just the way it is. The way she looks and were her hand the subject being darker than the background fits the mood IMHO.
