uploading problems

I have read the tutorial on uploading pictures and and it says to down size and save before uploading. on zoombrowser their is no way to save. If i export, it will downsize but when I send a picture it sends a veiwer for the picture and it also will take the last couple of pictures I veiwed with it. How can I make sure I am only sending one picture?

goto the folder and click the one you want to upload...i dont get the question, maybe you should stay away from zoombrowser and use more windows explorer and sort the pics so you can find a certain file
