Duck ID Please... and a goose..

Hi all,
Struggling with an ID on a captive duck taken at blackbrook staffs and also a friend of mine as taken a shot of a pair of the same at Martin Mere reserve, any help appreciated.
Also a canada from Frieston Shore at the weekend, i quite liked the reflection and it was the best of the day as everything else was out of reach.

Thanks Mitch, he sure is a colourful fellow. Just found out its a Chiloe Wigeon (Anas sibilatrix) .
