Apologies! (With birds)

I registered awhile back, but I didn't realize there was a "water fowl" requirement... The one subject is not a duck, but I believe one of his cousins caused Sulley's plane to land in the Hudson... With that in mind, I thought him worthwhile to include.

I'm a total amateur with a 30D and a sigma 18-200 image stabilized lens...

p.s. My son plays little league. I've been reading the sports section, and I'm not sure if I found a definitive answer. It seems most of the posts don't mention field size... What kinds of shots can I expect on a diamond with 60 foot bases? These will be mostly in-field shots- pitcher, catcher, shortstop positions mostly.

Thanks for the shots, but just for the record, neither is a duck. The first is an American Coot (more of a chicken), and the second, of course, a Canada Goose.

Have fun with the gear, and keep posting.

I was trying to remember what the first one is called... Thanks for that! The "regular" ducks were out of my range.
