I go by superdiver because the nickname was giving to me during a dive tour. Someone called me superdiver after I pulled them and all their gear (if you have ever dove in alaska that would mean somehting to you) out of the water since they didnt seem to know how to dive and I didnt feel like letting someone drown, even if they were a tourist...LOL

More of a sarcastic thing then anything....LOL

Welcome to POTN ... I think we have a moderator who shoots from a wheelchair, but you'd never think it to see his work (or his car) so I'll leave him anonymous.

Always the adventurer, as a kid was always thrilled and amazed about the feats that Thor Heyerdahl, a Norwegian marine biologist with a great interest in anthropology, who became famous for his Kon-Tiki Expedition in which he sailed by raft 4,300 miles from South America to the Tuamotu Islands.

So I live life like the ultimate adventure, hence KonTiki.

Thanks for the plug Dwight.:) After 20 years of sitting and shooting it's still a blast.

'La dolce vita' translates to 'the good life' or 'the sweet life' in Italian. To me, that's what photography should capture. A little smarmy, but true. :D

Well MJ is for Michael John and EXP is for Experience. I'm a Jimi Hendrix fan. I've been a fan since I heard "Star Spangle Banner" at Woodstock for the first time, whene it was first released on a album. :)

Peace

That's what I asked myself, then I googled it and apparently he's a shoe guru.

I've been using the handle "Transonic" since about 10th grade... like 9 years ago. Mostly used it for online gaming etc. Now that there's such a thing as forums I use it here too.

Transonic, for those that don't know, is traveling at the speed of sound. Not supersonic, not subsonic, but transonic. ;)

Isn't that the name of a shoe store?

My username Fidelis is a latin term meaning 'Faithful' & is also connected to the meaning of my families surname, how interesting or not as the case may be!
