Our friends had a baby girl and we were invited to visited them yesterday at the hospital. I snapped off a bunch of photos of the little girl, making sure to bounce the flash away from her face, so as not to upset her eyes. According to the EXIF, she was 21 hours old when I took this photo. Now I see the value of my photography. The value in preserving something. Her parents were very happy that I took these photos and made them available to them today to send off to far away friends and a family all over the globe. I am guessing that she too will be happy I was there....when she is older. ;)

Enjoy:

A lovely, touching capture of a beauriful child.
I see that she already has more hair than the photographer :o)

Bless the recently fallen and their family and friends.

She is a hairy little bugger, isn't she? And yes, she does have more hair than me. But this is all baby hair, and she'll lose the hair on her forehead in a few days.

Here is a photo of her without her baby cap. She's got a full mop at 21 hours old. Amazing. :)

Yes, but hers will grow back.

God only made just so many perfect heads. The rest he covered with hair.

Agreed...actually God gave the option of brains or hair, and I chose brains. Another joke my father told me....he is also like me in the hair dept....we don't have foreheads, we have fiveheads (foreheads ~ four-heads). Another one...we don't have less hair, we just have more head, since our brains are bigger. ;)
