Seems like a lot of us here have older dogs. How about a new thread just for them? They deserve it! I'll start: here's my old lady, nearly 12 years old and still coming to agility class with me. She's been my constant companion since I first spotted her in a shelter cage when she was 6 months old.

My wonderful Lydia, passed away in November at the age of 15, this photo was taken by my friend Les, www.denmanphoto.com at the age of 13. She went to gundog training a couple of times in her 14th year.

Here's my elderly white faced JRT he was a rescue so we guesstamate he's around 16ish.
Only two weeks ago he took off for several hours and here I am driving around looking for the old goat and he'd cozyied up on a womans poarch with some cats :rolleyes:
As you can see he really puts up with a lot from "his" cat while she rubs on him :lol: .
