Thank you Gail! All the entries were creative and made me laugh. Allen's "Chuckie" did look creepy and had a life all it's own...I'll have one up shortly.


My original idea was to have a bubble gum bubble on the top of the hat (it's one of the things basesball players do: sneak up on an unsuspecting player and put a wad of blown bubble on a guy and then every other player gets a good laugh. The guy has no idea) but I didn't want to risk getting gum stuck on the bobblehead and I couln't find a ballon small enough perspective wise. I took a pic of my wife making the "rabitt ears" made it wider and downsized it to the right proportion then taped it to back of Hawk's head. I lit the whole thing from above front with a black BG. On the processing I muted the colors to match the hand to the face tones and used a "tonal contrast"' filter to exagerate the features and make it look like a caricature.
