PacSafe CarrySafe 200.

I saw a couple of posts about the pacsafe stuff, & there doesn't seem to be so many over on FM so i thought this would be the place to ask.

I'm interested in the CarrySafe 200 strap with the locking nuts.

My logic behind wanting the CarrySafe 200 over the camera specific 100 is that the 200 seems to be quickly removable without having to change the length etc.

My main complaint about my current strap, the ThinkTank Camera Strap is that when i want to change from gripped to non gripped i have to unthread the whole thing and redo it, not quick. (When using the grip on the 40D i have one end of the strap in the right hand fixing on the camera, then the second on the fixing on the grip).

I'm looking ideally for people who have used the CarrySafe 200 as a camera strap who can comment on how easy it is to change over, if you have the tool (I.e. im not worried about someone undoing it knowing that you have to have a tool to do so.)

Has anyone used this strap?

I thought about the same thing with the battery grip.

FWIW, the new CarrySafe 100 uses buckles, like you'd find on some leather shoes, to attach to the camera. Threading it on and buckling is obviously very quick with the new system.
