A good copy is if you can nail focus on your subject of interest almost every time... Not knowing where your focus point is, I would say the sharpness of the area of focus is perfectly acceptable for your sample pic.

I had to micro adjust my 24L a little bit, but it is def. one of my fav lenses. Thanks for ur input.. i guess i have one nice copy... it's working like a charm.. definitely in love with my new lens... it's opened up a lot of opportunities for my photography...
