The E330 will be used with the L300 long case but I'm not sure about the E530. It's a nice big pouch that could hold 3 lenses or camera+1 lens attached and another lens. But on the belt, it's pretty big and bulky.

When I did use them, I tended to want the pouches in front while shooting but in the back while walking - hence the switch since Kinesis pouches can't be moved on the fly. Obsessive Gear List
