Hi All,

I don't get to take much landscape photos, but I did managed to get out to Yosemite last weekend, just after a small snowstorm. I've always like the serenity of Yosemite in winter - something about snow which seems to make everything quiet (or is it just fewer tourists :D). Here's a few shots from my visit. CC's welcome!

I would also say that 3, 4 and 5 are my favorites out of the series, but they are all fantastic. Beautiful work. Yosemite is a wonderful place and I think you did a great job capturing the winter aura.

- I discovered I scream the same way whether I'm about to be devoured by a great white shark or if a piece of seaweed touches my foot.

Very nice pictures. You were definitely there at a great time. You've got some noticeable dust bunnies on #1 and #4, though.

The day was truly magical. The cool mist hanging close the mountains gave everything an almost surrealistic look. Those dust bunnies - one of these days when I get the courage, I gonna open my camera and wipe them out.

Frankly, I couldn't begin to choose a favorite if my life depended on it. What a great series.

Beautiful pics of what may be my favorite shooting spot at my favorite time of year. I was there the weekend before you were and there wasn't nearly that much snow. Often you don't get as much snow in the Valley as you so artfully captured. Have you thought about converting some of these to B&W? Nos. 2, 3 and 5 might be good candidates for that.

Great shots! Numbers three and five work best for me, quite striking. You need to print these large to remember/enjoy!
