Two other members, Momentz and Lil Miss asked me to help video a shoot they were doing to add to thier portfolio.
I was allowed to being my camera, so managed to shoot video with one hand, and stills with the other.

Just thought I would share a couple of behind the scenes shots, it is always interesting to see other photographers working, and realise that when you trash a model, you often have to trash the photographer as well

Hopefully one of them can share a link to the final images that they took

It's always a nice to see photographers hard at work. I'd like to see how that 4th shot turned out with no diffuser on the flash. I just getting started with flash and strobes and still trying to figure things out a bit.

D300, D200, Tamron 17-50 f2.8, Sigma 24-70 f/2.8, SB-28, SB-24, 430ez and still searching for a 70-200 f2.8:confused:

I always like to see a shot from "behind the scenes" once in awhile, excellent!

Seeing that equipment so close to the salt water makes me cringe. I have done it myself, but I don’t like it. Shot number four is great behind the scenes shot.

Right, can we see the results? That always makes the behind-the-scenes more interesting.

Cheers guys, it was a lot of fun doing it.

Your shoots look great Sara, especially the ones around the waterfall.
It doesn't seem to matter what I try, but I can't get mine to look right. To much green from the rocks.

Here are my not so behind the scenes shots: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=650701

Great set though, thanks for showing the behind the scenes, so to speak.

It was to get as close to the water as possible... without getting my pants wet and sitting in it..

I knew this was in New Zealand the second I saw the photos. I miss it so much!

But I have to agree, it was cool to see both sides of the shot and the results are great.

I have yet to get tired of it, and have seen pretty much all of it.
All I lack is the experiance with other countries so I have something to compare it to

Glad you enjoyed the photos.
