What is the difference other than the Digi II and III ?
Price 4O D is about 300 more than XTI .
Digi III that much better than II ?

Feature wise it's a great upgrade. Live view, better AF, more FPS, larger viewfinder, and a few minor features. Image quality wise it's a wash. They are so close to being the same that in almost all instances you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
