I have been using zoombroswer for a few months now and had the same problems as the ones I have just read. The problem for me was that I was trying to run a business with this program constantly crashing
I finally called canon and talked to a guy who was extremely helpful. He told me how to do quite a few things. The unistall, reinstall thing seems to work.
But he did say that there is no way around the problems that you face because of the amount of information in one picture and when you get a thousand pictures in one library, your asking for trouble.
Anyway, just thought I would share. if anyone has any other problems and solutions about the program, please write. The more we know the better.
