The town of Vigan has the best-preserved example of Spanish architecture in Asia. Established in the 16th century during the Spanish colonial period, it is the capital city of Ilocos Sur province and is located on the western coast of northern Luzon, Philipppines. Vigan is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Beautiful architecture and nice perspectives. The care you've taken in exposing/processing to get enough shadow detail while not burning out the highlights is noticeable. Well done.

Nice pictures of beautiful architecture. It reminds me of St Augustine, FL, also built by the Spanish in the 16th century.

I live in Miami so St. Augustine has been a favorite architectural travel destination since I was a little boy. I have never been there with my DSLR yet, but after seeing these pictures I HAVE to go! Love the composition in every single one. Great job!
