Hmm very nice subjects but there are a few things I'd address with the image:

Tighter crop. Too much shoulder skin makes her look bigger than I'm sure she is. I'd bring it up past the baby's elbow. The shoulder that is left, make sure to touch up the freckles as it does not match the face...

And too much touch up on the face. It doesn't look so natural for the adult's skin to match the baby's so well. She looks like she has excellent skin to start with so maybe not much is needed.

I'd eliminate the right arm/shoulder that is showing; either through crop or through PS.

And overall it is a bit 'hot' -- like 1/3 stop over on my screen.

Thanks for commenting. I agree the crop could be tighter, and I didn't notice the right shoulder until you pointed it out!

I will play around with toning down the "hotness" of mom's face and touchup a bit. Although it's slightly overexposed on purpose, I do think that mom might look better not quite as bright.

I agree on a tighter crop. I don't mind the overexposed part....it's kind of a popular look right now. But, the baby's eyes don't seem sharp to me.
