I was looking to sell my gear to pick up a 2nd car but the deal on the car fell through so I still have my gear.

Haha it was a deal I couldn't pass up even if it meant selling the 5D. I'm not very disappointed it fell through though.

Here is a shot taken on the first day I owned the 5d. I snapped this shot on my way down from visiting the 10000-ft-above-sea-level Haleakala crater. I was exhausted from driving on that day first to Hana and then to Haleakala before catching a late flight back to Oahu.

let's see...ISO extensions enabled, * button focus, sometimes 2nd curtain sync, 1/3 stop exposure increments, MLU when needed, I can't think of others that are not the default settings.

Does this digitally processed look like an IR image? :)

I think my next filter will be most likely an IR filter.

I use 1/2 stop because it's easier to do long exposure calculations in my head but other than that I use all the settings noted by both of you.

I also have ETTL set to average I think. Camera's in the car... :-)
