got my 5d today.... i was shooting with my 17-35 2.8 L and i noticed one of the corners was a bit soft, is this due to the distortion of full frame or is my lens in need of calibration. i was at 2.8 as well so i could be going nuts. haha any light shed on the subject is appreciated.

Try stopping down to f/4 and see if the corners get a tad sharper.

You're in a whole new world now that all of the image gets used by the sensor and not just the "sweet meat" in the middle of the image as on a APS-C body. ;)

I find #4 to be utterly captivating. The rigid lines of the bricks and the railing fight/balance the randomness of the vines.
