I struggled with achieving proper exposure due to the side lighting while still trying to retain a level of contrast I can live with.

Not the most dynamic shot but it seems to work as a simple portrait. It's not everyday I can find these guys out in the open though.

Great pose, but I agree the light was a challenge.

Water but no swamps per se. Near a field with lots of vermin and probably snakes.
