From sunken infield box sets very similar to the sunken camera box in some stadiums. It’s actually illegal to shooting from the dugout. Only players, coaches, trainers and batpersons are allowed in the dugout during the game. Critiques Welcomed

I think it's an attempt to limit the liability of those people who are essential personnel. Kevin
