use a tripod
take pictures
blend the different pictures together

???

I'm sure the actual process is far more complicated than that

Like Yorchi said, take your pics, then paste them to different layers of the same file, then just Layer Mask out what you don't want.

That's not a great example. Chap/ette hasn't even bothered to put any shadows in to replicate the lighting s/he's used!:lol:
