The silver one is 59.95 with the sock if you call them. It has some imperfections on the outside paint, but it works as it was designed to. May be worth a try.

I have the white AlienBee one.
I'm not really sure about speedlite compatible, but you can rig up anything to work :P

im no pro so take it with a grain of salt as said, I think they would have been better tighter framed/cropped. Alot goin on in the picture to distract the eye from you and the misses

I just bought the Interfit Strobies Portrait Kit (external link) which has a Speedlight beauty dish.
I'm sure you can buy the kit parts independently at some outlets.
