I just bought the Interfit Strobies Portrait Kit (external link) which has a Speedlight beauty dish.
I'm sure you can buy the kit parts independently at some outlets.

That thing seem only about 3 or 4 times the size of the bare flash. I wouldnt count on it softening much.

Skin is too dark on the B&W so I prefer the colour.

this shoot i used just a 430 EX with the PW's.. and my new umbrella !! (3rd one this year)

manual mode.

1/125, iso 640, f 3.5, and with umbrella @ 1/8 th power 430 EX II about 5-8 feet away

Awesome stuff, got to get me an umbrella lol! Not right now tho....just got a 60mm Canon macro and a 580 EXii speedlight so funds are dwindling as we speak.
