That shot looks a tiny bit out of focus.

Managed to do my first parent/baby session last Sunday - boy, was it hard going!

Again, made a few mistakes, especially in framing - cutting off elbows - so will learn for next time!

Most shots with SB25 in softbox cam right and SB28 in reflective umbrella cam left, slightly behind subjects for a little rim - which was difficult to do because of the limited space I had. I had made some diy snoots/grids to use for this shoot...but forgot to take it with me - doh!

Thanks Gonzogolf & Phamster!

Got more to process, but I think they may end up in colour.

Nice job, pridash. I really like the 2nd one, but I would crop some off the top. On that last shot, the looks are priceless. Great work. I can't wait to try these kind of shots with our new baby due in July.

Its an umbrella softbox, but will work with any light. Thats a 580 EX II in it (camera right). You open it up, put in the light, and close up the back. Zero spill. It throws a huge soft light all around the room.

And only 100 bucks for the 45 inch version.

Camera left was the AB800 in a softbox, fired through the window.

Its from the shoot. Don't know if this is it or not. Got some cool stuff with the halo and rayflash combined.

Need to make some decisions.....
