Still playing around with the 50mm lens i was worried might be a little soft, meaning that i constantly have the camera around my neck, my wife was being a bit grumpy earlier so managed to get a few shots of her.

As you can probably tell i know nothing about portraits, something i hope to change in the near future, so these have all been cropped to look more apealing (i think). Let me know what you think, am always looking to improve!!

I didn't use flash but had the ISO at 1600, used noise ninja to remove the noise but it seems to have softened them a bit.

She's 4 months pregnant, we are going out tonight and none of her clothes fit!!

I would like to point out that her 'grumpiness' was exagerated for effect!!
