Here's a shot that I took last fall and, while processing, didn't like the results that I got. The other day I took a look at it again and gave it another try.

I like the shot, and the subtle processing, but the vignette is a bit strong for me. Maybe a tighter crop and less vignette? (unless that's optical).

lovely processed shot.. real subtle processing! i have to agree on the vignetting though.. maybe a tip, (if you didn't already know) you can save your processed image as a TIF file.. then open them as a camera RAW file in photoshop and then perhaps get rid of some of that vignetting!!

Actually the vignette was an experiment in shaping the photo to match my perception. Kinda of a dreamy old timey kind of feel is what I was going for. (Forgive me, I've been tipping a couple back... ) :D
