Most women aren't going to enjoy the look of being rough and rugged. Most guys think its great, but its not flattering to females. Stick

If she's older and you're showing character and wisdom then show the lines of the face. In this case your model is too young to appreciate that treatment. Some skin smoothing will likely be appreciated. I like this image, but I prefer the edit of djdaqm.
