HI, I just got a hp pavilion desktop. 8 gb, 750 gb hard drive, quad core processor. It has vista. I tried to install my cs3 and it comes up but my bridge will not open. I also put my camera card in the slot and nothing happens! Tried two different cards.

Any suggestions?

Teeny

Assuming the card reader is working, then when you insert the card Vista should open a dialouge box asking you what you want to do (similar to XP).

From there, assuming CS3 and Bridge have installed properly, you will able to choose "Open with Bridge" as an option.

The other method, would be to open Bridge, then select "Edit" Import from camera, and choose the card in the card reader.

Download and install the Bridge CS3 update patch (external link) from Adobe.
