To answer your question, Ken Rockwell is a self-appointed guru of photography who loves to post equipment reviews, almost all of which are guaranteed to be heavily biased and nearly completely wrong.

I say "nearly completely wrong" because occasionally he gets something right. After all, even a blind pig will find an acorn once in a while.

And Ken loves Nikons, virtually all Nikons, above and beyond anything Canon, regardless of model.

Of course, the above is merely an opinion—my opinion. Others may agree or not, as they desire.

Hehe...thanks for the info. I see his name around here often and I hate to be left out. Especially when it comes to despising people.

This guy who hasn't bought a new car since his ford in the 80s has still managed to have a Merc E430 all of his own. And a wife who's got taste so bad she buys a porsche SUV for "a lot less" than $125k.

And still has buttons everywhere asking the public for help. I did not realise I could be more disgusted with him an hour ago, but this did it for me.

It is ppl like him that give capatalists (and americans) their reputation.

That's the difference between us Americans and the rest of the world. In the US, you each would have eaten your own, with a 1.5L coke to wash it down.
