Nice light trails! Did you Orton the sky and water? There is a little bit of a highlighted edge on both...

Looks good-- does not look like an HDR shot-- and I mean that in a good way.

I like it. Regular HDR looks too fake to me.
I think you should clone/heal the blurred tree branches on the top right.
