My contribution from the Rallye Sunseeker. I had an enjoyable day with the various members of the forum I joined up with and was pleased with how well my 120-300 performed in it's first real rally.

The bars first appeared in the Ecorts which did the World Cup rallies. I believe they were used for added strength/stiffness.

From the roll bar above the window they ended up on the top of the suspension mounts.
